So we&#8217;ve recently added popup notifications, similar to those produced by various apps.<\/p>\n<p>On Android, they\u2019ll look something like this:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/chorebuster.net\/images\/news\/popup_android.png\" alt=\"screenshot\"><\/p>\n<p>On a Windows PC, like this:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/chorebuster.net\/images\/news\/windows_popup.png\" alt=\"screenshot\"><\/p>\n<p>You can click\/tap on the notification to view the entire week of chores.<\/p>\n<p>One big difference from email is you can\u2019t simply put in someone\u2019s address and then they\u2019ll receive the notification \u2013 you need to \u2018opt in\u2019 by browsing the site&nbsp;<em>using the device<\/em>&nbsp;you want to receive notifications on, and tapping a button. To facilitate this, the notifications page (at View schedule \u2192 Notifications) doesn\u2019t require a log in to use.<\/p>\n<p>To set this up, log in to ChoreBuster then click on &#8216;View schedule&#8217; in the main menu, then on &#8216;Notifications&#8217;. Choose your name from the list, then click the blue button.
